Plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved having the extra living room space! Access to all the amenities helped entertain us since it was a little cooler a couple days during our stay.

The check in process is a little difficult because they do not tell you the office location to pick up key is not at the resort. Beyond check in, the experience is flawless. Great views, very clean, very comfortable bedding and couches. Very big pool to accommodate all resorts, live music In afternoons at the beach bar. Beach chairs and toys supplied in the garage which is at the entrance to go out to beach so carrying to beach is not difficult. Would be nice to stock some seasonings, at least salt and pepper. But just bring every single thing you needs as far food and drinks for cooking because nothing is supplied. Definitely plan to stay again. I give 5 stars

Great time

This is my third visit to St Maarten and it won’t be our last. Everything you need really got there. Beautiful views from the balcony. Great time every time.

We got a notice right before check in that the washer was broken and would not be replaced while we were there. (They did refund us a small amount for that inconvenience)The ice machine, which we used everyday, leaked all over the floor and the fix it guy came, but only turned it off and unplugged it. All tall chairs on the outside deck were dangerous to sit in, and should be replaced. There were two bar stools at the kitchen counter that were broken as well and should not be used. Other than those maintenance issues it’s a great location, great ocean view and it was a great size for our family.

The refrigerator freezer all the shelves and drawers were broken. The oven could not close the ice maker by the bar had mildew so did the Jacuzzi bathtub in the master the only reason I stayed in the unit was because I had an infant and a four year grandchild . This unit needs to be updated badly. The price for this penthouse in that condition was ridiculous. I didn’t want to write a bad review, the unit needs to be upgraded
