We were in a jam as a different reservation was not going to work. Therefore, this was a last minute booking. The process was quick and the resident was available. There is plenty of sleeping solutions available in the bedrooms. Myself and my guests especially enjoyed having a private bathroom for each bedroom. The living room was a great size that allowed dor a comfortable gathering.

The description is missing a bit of information like that you have to share the washer/dryer with the tennet in the basement. Also be prepared for dogs. We did not see the dogs but they do bark. The pool is nice but the chemicals make the water taste terrible if you accidentally get it in your mouth. Be prepared to kill bugs and spiders. Understandable that they happen but this seemed like an immense amount more than what would be normal. Tv needed us to set it up then didnt work. Someone elses food was in the fridge when we got there which we ignored but the rules do state to throw your stuff out.

The property was listed as entire house. At the very end of the listing it says there is a tenant downstairs. That’s not entire house. There were two dogs in the tenants space that is not mentioned in the listing. The yard was full of stuff you don’t see in the listing pictures. I chose not to stay there and lost a substantial amount of money when the owners said they would not refund me. Anyone looking at this property should be aware you are not there skin.

Comfortable and cozy

Stayed here to attend the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival in May. the location was good, most everything is about 10-15 minutes away (including several Starbucks in every direction). The tenant on the property was quiet and we barely even noticed they were there (including the dog). In fact, if I hadn't seen them when we pulled up to the home that first day, I might have thought there was no tenant.The kitchen is newly renovated and nice and clean. Service for 4, so if you have more you may need to think about that. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the showers worked fine. The light switches in the front room might take a second to figure out, but everything worked, including the wi-fi. This is an older home, but it was comfortable and just fine. The main room comfortably fit all of us and it was a nice room to sit around and talk and knit.The only feedback I really have is that there were TVs in 2 bedrooms, but not in the main room. My friends and I were really disappointed that we could not watch TV in the main room. There's really no way for a group to watch TV in the bedrooms unless lying in bed.The grounds are not really well kept -overgrown grass and plants -, so if you are looking for that, this might be an issue for you.
