It's 5 mins walk to go anywhere - the ferry terminal to go to Waiheke, Vector Area, Britomart transport hub or wining and dining in the Britomart precinct. The perfect base if you're coming from out of town to head to Vector for a concert, for business meetings in or around the CBD or just want a comfortable place to stay for your Auckland holiday.
Once you leave, cleaning is taken care of so you can just sit back, relax and leave it to us.

Britomart Transport hub is literally outside the apartment so you're in the perfect spot to go exploring. The ferry to Waiheke is literally across the road and there's even a bike rental shop downstairs if you're that way inclined.
There are some rental car places along the road from us you can possibly use for your day trips.
AIRPORT: It takes about 45mins from the airport depending on the traffic. Taxis are circa $90-$120NZD. There is also the Airbus Express that ends up in the city about a ten min walk from our place which is only $16NZD. You could also Uber in from the airport and this would be around $70NZD. Another option from the airport is a Super Shuttle bit cheaper than a taxi - they can drop you at the door and you charge per person.
If you are driving you are able to use the carpark, the entrance is on Scene Lane, off Tangihua St. You will need the swipe card to access both the carpark and to open the doors at the bottom of the apartment. - No parties allowed. - This is a smoke free property. - Check in is between 2pm - 10pm. If you require a check in after 10pm there will be a surcharge of $100 for a late check in. - Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 8pm - 7am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST. - No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis. - If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking. - No shoes allowed inside - If you lose the key/swipe tag a replacement fee will be charged. - For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry. - Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
