The place was fine, but was not the same as advertised - the booking details said there were 3 rooms with double beds and an office with bunk beds, but there were three rooms with a cot in the closet of one. It was fine because one of our team had to cancel last minute but I wish we had known in advance. I would say it's a good place for 3 people, it's fine for 4, but it would not sleep any more than that unless someone is okay to sleep on the floor.

We got into our accommodation with ease. However, the pictures and the description did not match the actual accommodation. There were bugs in the bathroom. The place was filthy. Dirty washcloth in the shower. A big puddle in the kitchen, the fridge was leaking. Mold in the bedroom windows and in the shower. We had no where else to stay so we had to sleep there. But it was extremely uncomfortable.

The price was high for this property. It’s listed that it can accommodate 10 people. We were 3 adults and it worked for us but it would be tight with more than 6. It was fairly clean, but lacking in some areas: Torn floor mat in kitchenDamaged counter top that appeared to have been burntTowels were stained and thread-bareCoffee table in sitting area was not sturdy at allOne of the rooms was very hot and the temperature could not be adjustedSparse kitchen utensils - no cereal bowls at allThere was a portable cooler in the front hallway closet that contained old food products covered in mold ((we left the cooler outside the apartment)Furthermore, communication through the VRBO app did not work. We communicated the day of our arrival to request check in info. We were called by the property manager who then sent the check in details via text. There was no further communication at any point in our stay.

Overall this place met our needs as a club team. We needed a large place that was 15 to 20 minutes from the city of Ottawa. Plus, there were good food options 5 to 7 minutes away from the vrbo, which helped.
