Great stay! Perfect location and great for large groups!

The Mountainview was the perfect place for us to stay! Everything was within walking distance. Coffee, restaurants, bike and bear spray rentals, groceries, the town core, and the bow. Amazing location and space for large groups. The train does run behind the house frequently, but they are upfront about that, and we got used to it on the first day. Parking was easy - two reserved spots for the unit. Communication and service were top-notch- super responsive. Would stay again!

Rundle Vista was excellent! Property very clean, Host checked in to ensure we arrived and the unit included everything we needed. Would highly recommend this unit to any large families. The adjacent golf course provided walking trails allowing you to enjoy the mountains and the wildlife.

Great location for our group of ten which included 4 young adults.They and their parents walked everywhere in Canmore which is far more "alive" than we expected.This was unexpected but parking in the main part of town in July is a challange.Lots more restaurants/bars and shops and 2 large grocery stores also close.We all really enjoyed all the outdoor activities that the area provided. MV worked well for our 3 families. Kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies.

While this property is not in the town (so you will need a car), the setting was gorgeous and the house was amazing. Some things do require clarification, and communication with Rocky Rentals does have some lag time, so just know that. We were delighted with our stay.

We had a great experience overall and really enjoyed our time there. However, in my opinion, there are a few areas that could be improved:Pans: There were a significant number of scratches on the pans, which made them difficult to use and, in some cases, unusable.Hot tub water quality: The water quality in the hot tub was not very good. There was a large amount of foam on the surface of the water, and it had a very strong chlorine/bleach smell, which made us feel that too much sanitizer may have been used.

It is a very comfortable accommodation and everyone had a wonderful stay. We were impressed by the well equipped kitchen for a large crowd. The dining room chairs were very comfortable. The furniture in all rooms were very well maintained. Everything was orderly and easy to find. The instructions binder was self explanatory, and the questions asked by email were promptly answered. The railway at the back of the property is very busy (on average 4 times per hour); however it was absolutely no bother whatsoever. It was a nice central location for quick walks or short rides for everything we needed. The only suggestion I have is that two facecloths per bathroom is not enough for a five night stay. You should have 4 per person as a minimum. Some bed mattresses would need replacement, or adding a box spring would probably make a difference. The main floor master bedroom is one of them, and another couple mentioned the same at one of the entry level bedrooms.

Family Celebration Banff
