Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. HOUSE LAYOUT:
Located in the Pagosa Lakes District, our lovely home is the best of both worlds! Though it is only 5 minutes from uptown amenities, and 10 minutes from downtown experiences, this home is a tranquil escape in a quiet neighborhood. Upon entering the home, you'll find a modern open floor plan, flooded with warm natural light. The living room, big screen TV and fireplace are directly to the right with a new comfy sofa that converts into a queen size bed. The dining room and large, fully equipped kitchen is straight ahead, as well as a door leading to the back deck where you can relax and watch the local deer meander by. The laundry room and primary bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom are on the left side of the house. The second queen bedroom and bunk room with full size bunks, as well as a second bathroom is on the right side of the home.

-Two dog maximum. Additional pets, or non-canine pets require written approval. Failure to disclose pets will result in an additional fine of $250 and can be grounds for eviction with no refund.

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
