Located in a quiet area on the 3rd floor of a building with lift, this studio has a living space of 28 m² and includes :
- a living area with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities and fan,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

## Neighborhood

This quiet and bright studio is located in a quiet area 2 min walk from the beach and 10 min drive from downtown La Ciotat. You will have access on foot to many bars and restaurants, such as La Crinque with a breathtaking view and fishing of the day. La Ciotat has recently been voted one of the most beautiful bays in the world and you can experience this by hiking or enjoying the Muguel cove, the Ile Verte, or simply enjoying its 7 beaches. Also, the pretty villages of Cassis and Bandol are not far away.
In the heart of the town, you can enjoy the shows at the Chaudronnerie or the Eden cinema, the Ciotaden museum, the big Sunday market and the night markets during the summer.
