Bonne localisation, Ă  pieds sur le port, agrĂ©able d’ĂȘtre accueilli en personne.En revanche, ce n’était pas trĂšs propre, nous avons dĂ» nettoyer le ventilateur qui avait une grosse couche de poussiĂšre. Il fait chaud sous les combles.C’est un peu cher pour ce que c’est.

Zeeuitzicht niet gehad, geen lift. , 3 verdiepingen hoog. Geen 2 de sleutel. Geen stromende douche. Geen parking 5 km verder dan verblijf zeer lastig bij het in en uitladen. Geen Airco 30 graden binnen zonder tocht je zit volledig ingesloten. Heel jammer dat de huisbaas dit niet juist communiceerde

il y a des lacunes

La salle de bain et la cuisine Ă©taient sales. Il y avait un sentiment que personne n'y vivait depuis longtemps. Mais les sols ont Ă©tĂ© lavĂ©s. Depuis les appartements sont sous le toit sans climatisation trĂšs chaud. Le ventilateur n'aide pas, il conduit juste l'air chaud. Et pour le reste, nous avons aimĂ©. Les appartements sont situĂ©s dans l'accessibilitĂ© optimale Ă  toutes les infrastructures: plages (pour tous les goĂ»ts), magasins, gare, arrĂȘt de bus, restaurants et marchĂ©s... La ville est petite mais trĂšs saturĂ©e.

TrÚs bon séjour à la Ciotat dans cet appartement. Petit mais cosy, il est parfait pour une petite famille ou un séjour entre amis. Idéalement situé ! Propriétaire trÚs accommodant.

Bon emplacement mais quelques déceptions à prendre en compte.

Nous avons passĂ© un bon voyage dans ce logement bien placĂ© (proche du port mais loin des plages, environ Ă  15-20 minutes...) NĂ©anmoins, de nombreux dĂ©sagrĂ©ments nous ont dĂ©rangĂ©s : pas de poubelle, ventilateur non adĂ©quat car il fait beaucoup de bruit, la vaisselle n’était pas propre dans son ensemble (passoire cassĂ©e, produit de vaisselle inexistant). De plus, les draps n’étaient pas fournis. Christelle a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs cordiale de nous en transmettre mais Ă  aucun moment le tarif nous a Ă©tĂ© communiquĂ©, cela nous a montrĂ© un manque d’honnĂȘtetĂ©.

"The accommodation is ide...

"The accommodation is ideally located in the old quarter of La Ciotat and is in a convenient position close to shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches are only a short walk away and directly outside is beautiful square with a fountain and restaurants. The accommodation itself is well presented with all of the basic equipment needed and will easily sleep 4 persons. Secure parking is available at no extra cost but is a 10 minute walk away. The studio is on the third floor and as there is no lift may not be suitable for older people but this was not a problem for us. The shower, kitchen and living area is more than adequate and everything was in good condition and clean. The town itself has a lot of character and there are many things to do in the daytime and the evening. It is ideally situated as a base for touring the region. The owner is extremely helpful and we would not have any hesitation in recommending this property to others."

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, direkt an der FußgĂ€ngerzone. Der Parkplatz im nah gelegenen Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen-super. Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr klein und aufgrund einfacher LamellentĂŒr bei der Toilette ohne PrivatsphĂ€re - aber ausreichend. Das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis stimmte. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und diskret.
