Large television with USB & HDMI ports in main lounge room; WiFi for guests; Board games; Books. 2nd television with USB & HDMI ports in 2nd lounge room; Highchair. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine (guests need to bring Nespresso-compatible pods), dishwasher, and medium fridge/freezer.
