Portacot (guests need to bring all bedding to use). Ensuite bathroom adjoining master queen bedroom with walk-in shower, vanity & toilet; Main bathroom with bath, walk-in shower & vanity; Separate toilet. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout; Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Large television with USB & HDMI ports in main lounge room; WiFi for guests; Board games; Books. 2nd television with USB & HDMI ports in 2nd lounge room; Highchair. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine (guests need to bring Nespresso-compatible pods), dishwasher, and medium fridge/freezer. Top load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board; Clothesline. Shaded outdoor entertaining area; Hooded gas barbecue; Drinks fridge/freezer in courtyard area. Fenced yard with 6-foot fence; Lawned area. Off-street driveway parking for 2 cars; No guest access to shed. 10 minutes walk to beach. Sorry, pets not permitted.
