The place was very nice and updated. We loved the location which was easy to walk to town. Finding the place was not clear as there were not signs or address to confirm. The bedrooms are upstairs and accessible by stone stairs (just an fyi). For four women was there was only ONE blow dryer which seems like a very small item to correct for the price charged.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Lovely residence, private and quiet. A few notes: mobility-challenged renters may not be happy with several outside and indoor stairs. Patio shown is on 2nd floor, so not adjacent to kitchen (if needed). Bathrooms are *very* unequal, as one is spa-style, while the other is tiny (max. one person). Property needs street-facing signage for this hidden location!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The beds were comfortable but the bed pillows need replacing. It would have been nice to have another hair dryer and a few more wash cloths. We would rent there again! We had a great week!!

Hosting Evelyn was a delightful experience. They were highly respectful of the property, leaving it in excellent condition. Communication was smooth, and they adhered to all house rules. Their friendly demeanor made them an ideal guest. We appreciate their stay and would gladly host them again.

Our stay was great! Host was very responsive. Location for walking was ideal. Patio furniture needs to be updated, but we still loved using it. The different levels going into various rooms could be treacherous, but we got creative on how to deal with it & did fine. It was a very nice stay.

W San Fran house

Overall, a beautiful property and very comfortable. I would point out only two areas of concern as follows. 1./ We were never informed of the construction on the street and found it very difficult to get to the house, especially when we arrived after dark. 2./ The shower head in the master bath should be changed out as it feels like “needles” if it’s on all the way! The only other choice is a stream of 4 holes. Thanks for communicating so well to make our stay in Santa Fe memorable. Bev Frankel
