This expansive three bedroom oceanfront retreat is perfect for larger groups or families, comfortably accommodating up to six adults in a spacious three-bedroom layout. Large fully stocked kitchen and dining room, 2 full baths and laundry room, deck with BBQ and private hot tub to enjoy stunning waterfront views of the Sooke inlet. Take a stroll along the property’s 200-foot boardwalk and dock to immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds. Borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock, or take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle! Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball together. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet just a kilometre from Sooke town centre.

I’ve been in Sooke for the last 18 years and fell in love with the ocean, natural beauty and tranquillity. Seascape is an absolutely stunning property nestled right in the heart of Sooke. It sits on the Sooke inlet with a sprawling 200ft dock and gorgeous 180 degree ocean views. I jumped at the opportunity to be able host this property and share its unique beauty with everyone that stays. Its my job to ensure that everything runs smoothly and you enjoy your time at Seascape! Seascape is centrally located very close to the beautiful Sooke potholes, Sooke museum, liquor store, town shopping centres, coffee shops many restaurants and breweries and local beaches and hiking trails. And just a short boat ride to our world class, fishing and halibut grounds!

Large Dock with 200ft boardwalk, Ocean access, Beach when tide is out a little, moorage, kayaks, and crab traps available for guest use. Seascape is a large oceanfront property with 5 individual units all self contained with their own private entrance, outdoor space, and hot tubs. The common areas of the property are the large dock and boardwalk, Terrace and laundry room.
