Daytona 500 Trip

The property was newly remodeled and very clean and had all the amenities. It was also centrally located to all dining, stores, and entertainment venues.

Excellent location

We have stayed 2 times now in this building (different condos) as you can’t beat the location. Short walk to beach! Short walk to some eateries. Not crowded as far enough away from the strip. There were a few issues - mattress cover and sheet would not stay on master bed which was annoying. No measuring spoons or cups and no kitchen towels in kitchen. Also no dishwasher pods were in unit. I contacted property mgr about dishwasher pods and she said she would drop some by but did not receive any. None of those are a deal breaker but this is reason for 4 stars.

From the Owner: "Hi Marian, first, thank you so much for returning to this building and choosing my unit for your stay. I wanted to apologize sincerely for the inconvenience with the sheets, measuring spoons, towels, and dishwasher pods. I was aware that you had asked for dishwasher pods, and my property manager was supposed to be providing them. I'm not sure where the ball was dropped but someone from the management team didn't do what they needed to do, it seems. I've followed up with my management team to ensure all necessary items are always in place and follow-through occurs. This is not the level of experience I hope for my guests, as the little annoyances can make your vacation less enjoyable. I hope you can accept my sincerest apologies and will return again in the future so we can make your stay even better next time!"
