Doppelhaushälfte sehr ruhig

Greetsiel ist das künstlerische Kleinod Ostfrieslands. wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Da es im Ort einen Badesee gibt, kann man auch gezeitenunabhängig wunderbar mit den Kids baden gehen. Der Edeka- Supermarkt hat auch Sonntags geöffnet. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit fast allem ausgestattet, das Inventar sollte allerdings mal wieder für die angegebenen 6 Personen durchgezählt werden. Es gibt beispielsweise 8 Aufwaschbürsten aber nur 4 kleine Löffel und auf der Außenterrasse gibt es auch nur 4 Stühle. Das hatte aber keinen Einfluss auf unseren Wohlfühlgrad. Gerne wieder.

Erholsame Ferien

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht wie die Küche ausgestattet war. Es war wirklich alles da was man braucht und mehr. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten zum Zentrum und Hafen. Das Wohnzimmer ist gut ausgestattete, Fernseher, DVD Player, Musikanlage. Es waren 4 normale Betten und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer, im Dachzimmer befindet sich noch ein Französisch Bett 1,40m. Die Sauberkeit war gut, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Kein angemessener Preis: abgewohnt und staubig

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal! Allerdings ist das Haus sehr abgewohnt und die Sauberkeit bzw. Staubfreiheit (Stauballergie!) ließ doch sehr zu wünschen übrig; die Möbel abgestossen und zerkratzt; das Sofa fleckig und mit Riß; das meiste Geschirr total angeschlagen u.a. nur noch wenige Teelöffel und so manches andere fehlt auch in der Küchenausstattung! Die Duschkabine ist reparaturbedürftig Ziemlich durchgelegene Matratzen, die man lieber nicht anhebt! Das Objekt bedarf einer Grundrenovierung/-reinigung!

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist perfekt geschnitten, mit süßem kleinem, sehr gut nutzbarem, Garten. Die Lage ist perfekt: Rund 5 Min. bis zu Edeka mit super Bäcker, ca. 5 Min. zum Hafen. Dabei aber absolut ruhig in sympatischer Nachbarschaft. Das Haus und große Teile der Einrichtung sind teilweise nicht mehr ganz taufrisch. Meist ist dies nicht nachteilig - der moderate Preis relativiert das Alter, zumal die Dinge nach wie vor sauber und zum Großteil voll funktional sind. Auch an Betten und Matratzen hatten wir nichts auszusetzen - nicht selbstverständlich. Somit als Fazit: Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage, alte aber gemütliche und funktionale Ausstattung, optimales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schöne Unterkunft und alles fußläufig

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig gewesen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das eine Kinderzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, das war aber kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles, was Greetsiel ausmacht ist fußläufig erreichbar.
