Enjoy a delightful stay in my peaceful and bright 1 bedroom townhouse in Mississauga. The unit is equipped with a large bedroom, washroom with stand up shower, full functioning kitchen, dining space, living space, free parking. Less than a 5 minute drive from the Cooksville Go Station, 6 minute drive from Square One shopping centre, and 15 minute drive from Pearson Airport. A great and convenient location for you to discover the Greater Toronto Area in the best way. We look forward to hosting you!

The home is private with no one else at the property. Very spacious and large for a comfortable stay.

The home have an extra 4 bedroom and bathroom on the top floor, and also a swimming pool in July and August.

Lockbox for key is attached to a pole 8 ft in the air with a wobbly chair underneath to get key. Very dangerous. Only 1 bedroom provided for 2 seperate adults (they locked all other bedrooms). The futon in the living room had no bedding for the 2nd person. Bugs in bathroom and everything in the kitchen had a thick layer of dust that required washing before use. Not sure where all the 10/10's are coming from. Good location though.

I’m leaving this review with details I would’ve liked to know before booking. My husband and I stayed here late November. Check in was easy but I had to stand on a chair to reach a very high key box. Driveway is steeply pitched. If there had been icy conditions I would’ve been very concerned with slipping. The unit has many flights of stairs. I was so thankful my mom (a senior) wasn’t traveling with us because she would not have done well with so many stairs. The living room is a mix of random furniture and not ideal for watching television. The kitchen was great, spacious and modern. There was only one television and it could not be viewed from outside of the living room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were extremely flat and the linens had an overpowering fragrance. If anyone in your party is chemical sensitive, this may be an issue. I asked the host if there was a hairdryer available and he said one could be provided. There was no hairdryer present during our stay which is not fun for someone like me (with long hair) in winter months. The interior was very quiet and the hvac system worked well.

Misleading description and unhelpful host

The listing said there was air conditioning, but there were two tiny units that barely managed to cool the hallway. Maybe they were broken, but we never found out because the host didn’t try to look into it, even though we messaged/called him about it every day. The listing also said there would be a hair dryer, which there wasn’t. Lastly, the towels smelled horrible.

Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, especially for long stays. First, there were MICE in the property. The trash bins they provide for the kitchen do not have a lid on them and I found holes on the garbage, done by mice. The host also put up a sign that says to leave the garbage in the garage and when confronted about the mice he said don't put the garbage in the garage (?. After I notified him of the mice he ignored my request to call pest control. The host is unresponsive, I had to get Vrbo involved and he still refused to do something and said that mice were common. Other things that made it suck: neighbours parking in our driveway every night, the property noted there was laundry however that was a lie, lacking proper kitchen utensils, the interior of the property was very strange and I had to request a couch that I assembled myself, no actual heating, just two heating units located on the very top floor, meant for the entire house(?
