About this property
Tintenbar Riverfront Farmstay by Tiny Away
Summary:
Welcome to Tintenbar Riverfront Farm Stay by Tiny Away! The ideal tiny house NSW getaway located in East Seaham with direct boat and watersports access to the Williams Freshwater River. Perfect for anyone who loves water sports, biking (both motor and mountain bikes), and fishing. It's a peaceful 25-acre property surrounded by trees, with two dams and two cute black and white steers. Along with more animals, we would like to introduce such as chickens, mini goats, highland cows, and alpacas.
The Space:
Tintenbar Riverfront Farm Stay by Tiny Away sits in the quiet suburbs of Seaham-Port Stephens, just 44 minutes away from Newcastle and an hour drive from Hunter Region NSW. This rustic holiday home is on a spacious 25-acre property surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil riverbank for you to enjoy.
In the evenings, you can take a moment to unwind by grilling BBQ or lighting a fire to set the mood. And don't forget to visit our friendly hand-raised steers and other adorable animals that keep you company. With Maitland Park and Clarence Town as the nearest attraction to your destination. And if you're up for a little adventure, the Hunter Valley Wildlife Park is just a 46-minute drive away.
A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
If you plan to spend your tiny house NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.
