Located near the Loire, 30 minutes from Sancerre and 1h30 from Paris. Magnificent family house of 300m². All the bedrooms are upstairs for more tranquility, and the living areas (living room, dining room, library, meeting room and kitchen) are on the ground floor.
You also have a laundry room and a gym. Outside, you can enjoy a three hectare wooded park on the banks of a river. An outdoor relaxation area is at your disposal with deck chairs, parasol and barbecue. Large family house in a wooded park on the banks of the Sauldre. Capacity 11 -15 people

Family holiday with friends

We rented the house for 2 weeks, was well presented well stocked and lots to keep all entertained, the hosts cooked an amazing Carribbean feast for us one night. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Superb

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and we were made to feel welcome immediately by our hosts. The pool and trampoline were a hit with the kids and the peaceful grounds were ideal for our large family getaway. We would definitely recommend the house and location and would definitely like to visit again.

Fun Chateau Holiday

Richard and Marlene were great hosts who live in another property within the extensive grounds of the house. Our family including 5 children aged 3-7 stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The children loved the exclusive use of the now covered swimming pool, the very large garden and the stream (with Carp) that runs through the grounds . The house itself is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, even having a cinema room and small gym. If you are looking for a quiet, rural getaway and a place to relax with the family then I would not hesitate in recommending this property.

On s’y sent bien! Richard et son épouse sont de parfaits hôtes et nous ont accueilli en prenant le temps de nous faire découvrir la maison et l’immense terrain. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille, dans le calme tout en nous permettant de (re)découvrir le terroir local. Nous recommandons !

Une propriété magnifique. La maison est superbe, extrêmement vaste (il est facile, même nombreux, d'y être ensemble ou séparés), à la fois ancienne et très bien entretenue et extrêmement bien équipée ( literie, cuisine, les trois salles de bain. Seule la wifi n'est pas parfaite). Le parc est magnifique. La piscine, de bonne dimension et complètement couverte, également. Et les propriétaires sont très accueillants ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette maison, où nous espérons pouvoir revenir. S, O.

Sublimissime séjour

Ma famille et moi avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet endroit. Nous avons eu un bel accueil par les propriétaires Mr et Mme Armstrong qui sont adorables. L'immense demeure, ses installations et ses alentours jardin + piscine sont véritablement magnifique en plus d'être très propres. Les chambres sont royales. Nous avons eu l'impression l'espace de quelques jours d'avoir été des rois vivant dans un château. Il y a en plus, des choses à visiter dans la région + baignade très intéressante dans une base de loisirs proche telle une vraie petite plage très propre. Mais même en ne sortant pas, nous nous sommes pas ennuyés tellement la demeure était parfaite. Merci encore ! Je recommande évidemment à 100%!

Superbe demeure pour passer du temps entre amis ou en famille.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille entre 6 mois et 86 ans et quelques amis de passage Un belle espace pour profiter des uns et des autres. Nous avons été jusqu’à 16 sur la magnifique table à manger! Une vie de château. Richard et sa femme sont à l’écoute et disponibles

Idéal pour un séjour en groupe (famille ou amis)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique propriété spacieuse et bien agencée. Idéale pour y passer les fêtes en hiver, nous serions ravis de redécouvrir cette maison à l’arrivée des beaux jours. La literie est très bonne et le jardin et le trampoline ont fait le bonheur des enfants.

Demeure parfaite pour profiter entre amis

Nous avons loué la demeure de Richard et sa femme pour passer le dernier weekend de l'année (et le réveillon du nouvel an) entre amis. En plus d'être très belle, la maison est idéale pour y séjourner en groupe. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont grands et il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et réactifs. Nous recommandons à 100% et espérons revenir un jour.

Grande maison superbe

Nous avons passé un long week-end entre amis à 15 plus 4 enfants de 2 ans, la maison s’y prêter parfaitement. Elle est grande, les chambres sont à l’étage. Les pièces de vie sont vastes, une salle, un salon, une cuisine et deux autres pièces pouvant servir de salon/salle cinéma avec rétroprojecteur, salle de jeux pour les enfants. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin pour faire de petites promenades. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir très prochainement. Merci encore aux hôtes !

Châtelains le temps d'une belle semaine de vacances

Super séjour dans une vaste demeure entouré d'un immense parc de 5ha. En famille a plusieurs nous avons apprécié la belle piscine de 11m x 5m, le parc arboré , l'écran cinéma dans le château.
