About this property

Peaceful Lakefront! Private deep water dock, evening sun, quiet dead end street!

Welcome to a truly special lakefront experience on the shores of Deep Creek Lake. Located in a private community on a peninsula at the Northern end of the lake, our home offers peaceful relaxation far away from busy roads and traffic. Families with children or pets will especially appreciate the one lane road cul de sac location with no through traffic.

The property features almost 100 feet of western exposure lakefront in a quiet cove with a large private dock. The dock is ideal for relaxing on sunny days, fishing, or swimming. Please note that the dock is only available from Memorial Day through the end of September. Sunsets are spectacular with sunshine lasting into the late summer evening hours. After sunset, you'll enjoy using the fire pit near the lakes edge.

The house itself features a beautifully renovated kitchen and dining area with stainless steel appliances and maple cabinets. The house features a master bedroom with full bath, and two other bedrooms and a renovated hall bath, with beautiful ceramic tiles, new cabinetry and a jetted tub. The living room will evoke memories of classic lake lodges with its cathedral ceilings and stone fireplace and wonderful views of the secluded lakefront.

For the ultimate in relaxation, there is an outdoor hot tub with a wonderful view of the lake.

The house features a nice game room featuring a pool table, Smart TV and reclining sofa and chair. Across the front of the house is a large deck where you will enjoy barbecuing on the gas grill, dining outdoors on the patio furniture, or relaxing on the swing, all with a beautiful view of the lakefront and yard.

The house sleeps 8 people, offering 3 queen size beds, and a queen size futon. We accept credit cards and require one half of the rent in advance to confirm the booking. Access to nearby restaurants, arcades, state parks, skiing, and whitewater rafting are a close drive away.

Please note that from mid June through the end of August rentals are on a weekly basis. Check in is on Saturday and Check out the following Saturday.

Partial week rentals are available at all other times of the year.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The amenities spared no expense. The property was clean and well kept. You wouldn't even have realized it was a dog friendly property. It was very spacious for 8 people. Rob was a great host and communication was top notch. We are looking to book again next year.

The property was beautiful in a nice quiet wooded neighborhood. The house was nice and clean and came with everything we needed for our stay. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We really liked having our own private dock. The lounge chairs on the dock were a plus! We sat down there every afternoon until sunset. It was so peaceful at the lake, and we saw absolutely beautiful sunsets! The property was close to the two state parks we wanted to hike at. Rob also had a list in the house of places to hike which was very helpful. Rob was a good host in answering all of our questions. We were also happy that we were able to bring our dog. We had a very enjoyable time and would definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing and clean! The host was very responsive. The house was spacious for our family of five 2 dogs. We loved playing the games and using the pool table. There is a big TV in the game room as well. Plenty of cookware there and a big grill on the deck.The yard is perfect! We loved the big swing, the fire pit and the hot tub! The Best part was the quiet, private dock, with such scenic views. We hung out on the dock and relaxed, went kayaking, and swimming/floating on floats there!

This house was the perfect fit for our multi generational family vacation! Plenty to do to keep our kids entertained, especially the upstairs bonus room! My parents are the their 80’s and the entire house was very accessible, including the back deck! There are two level changes, one into the primary with one step and the other into the main bathroom also one step. The pool table isn’t quite level and made for some interesting shots. The backyard with hot tub, fire ring, lawn area and dock is what makes this host very special. The evening light and sunsets create a golden hour every day. Lake access is wonder in a secluded cove/inlet! I would book again if we ever get back down to this area.
