Ideally located in a residence and close to all amenities, this 2* flat has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay: a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the view!

Located on the 4th floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A living room with a pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), a TV, a dining table that can accommodate 4 people as well as access to the balcony.
- A kitchenette open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso filter and pod coffee maker.

Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with a bath, washbasin, storage, hairdryer and WC.

Outside :
- A sheltered balcony of approximately 4 m², facing south and equipped with two chairs and a breathtaking view of the mountains and the Pointe de la Masse.

The Bruyères area is located in the resort of Les Ménuires, which is itself part of the 3 Valleys ski area. The Plan de l'Eau under the Bruyères district, 2 min away, cross-country skiing in winter and walks, barbecue, fishing and hiking departure (Lac du lou) in summer.

In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging, ice-driving. But also many other activities, such as a moment of relaxation at the spa, a visit to the Savoie museum or an authentic visit to the village under the snow!

In summer, come and enjoy the beauty of the various bodies of water in the region and the activities they have to offer: cycling, kayaking, via-ferata, botanical trails, fishing or a visit to the sublime Tuéda reserve! Finally, come and fill up on fresh and local products directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat...

- Access to the residence is via the free car park at the top of the residence where you can park. The accommodation is accessible by one of the two lifts (public and private), available via an access code.
- A secure ski room is available free of charge.
