Wow Factor Villa with Pool, Arcades, and More

This stunning 3 building 8 bedroom villa in the heart of Austin's brewery district (backs up to Jester King!) is the perfect location for a group getaway! Three separate buildings total 8 bedrooms and sleeps up to 30! Amazing pool, hot tub and all sorts of games...disc golf, pingpong, bumper pool, air hockey, 2 arcades and a pinball machine +++. You are right in the heart of the brewery district and on 2.5 secluded acres have all the privacy you could want! This is the place!!!

The main house features 4 bedrooms each with their own full bath. Large open concept living/dining/kitchen opens with large sliding doors to the patio overlooking the heated pool. The first casita has its own kitchenette and full bath and is the same high finish as the main house and has a game room bunkhouse. Second casita has bedrooms with their own sliding glass door access to the hot tub deck and share a Jack-n-Jill bath.

Guest will be given a gate and door codes and have plenty of parking in the big circle drive.

Right off of Austin's desirable Fitzhugh Road with King Jester Brewery literally right around the corner. This location gives you all the access to Austin 20 minutes (or so) while being nestled in the hill country destination distilleries, breweries, and vineyards that make this part of Austin a hot destination. Day hike at Pedernales Falls or take a dip in famous Hamilton Pool...you won't run out of things to do!

Tons of parking on premises. Need to drive or Uber to get to most places but property does back up to Jester King.

thanksgiving stay

the property was perfect for our family. we wanted a place that the family with young children could stay and have their own space. we used the fire pit the pool, hot tub, played mini golf. if was the perfect space to spend a long weekend with all ages

Beautiful and spacious

The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for our whole family! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and lots of fun for everyone. The teens (and some of the adults hahaha) loved the arcade games. The kitchen was great for us to prepare plenty of food for the whole family. Everything was very clean and in great condition. Would definitely come back!

Exquisite get away!

Beautiful and spacious home with all the amenities. Pool and outside space was amazing. Felt like we were at a resort with the wall of open sliding glass doors to the pool and covered porch. Large kitchen made for easy meal prep. Loved all the options on property to do: pinball, videos games, ping pong, disc golf, horse shoes, pool and hot tub. Great communication with property management.

Family Christmas

Three couples, five solo adults, and a six year old fit comfortably and enjoyed most of the amenities and activities available on site. Key was the large kitchen with huge island and double oven to manage meal prep and serving for a week. Weather cooperated and pool, hot tub and fire pit were all well used. Side trips to state parks and other attractions in easy reach, as were grocery, hardware and liquor stores. Great instructions before arrival and response time on questions we had along the way by host. We would certainly consider another stay when it’s our turn to host family again.

Luxurious House in a Great Location!

My husband and I and 3 other couples loved our stay at this awesome modern villa close to all the great breweries and activities that Dripping Springs has to offer. The bedrooms were enormous and very comfortable - the master suite feels luxurious. And we enjoyed having the off site casita for additional privacy and flexible use of the space. The pool has a lovely covered porch next to it as well as 2 fire pits and multiple gathering areas. This house is close to some of the most popular breweries in the Austin area which is an added bonus! The check in process and communication with the property manager was also very smooth. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Home and great host!

Did a girls weekend and was a great place for R&R! House was beautiful, super clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pros: - Everyone had a nice bed/slept comfortable (10 people) - Had coffee and keurig pods (multiple options) for the morning! - Hair dryers in bathrooms, lots of towels and space for everyone to get ready - Felt safe, codes to lock doors and gate at end of driveway - Host super responsive to any needs/ checked in to make sure everything was going OK. Def 5 Stars on this. Cons: - A little far from downtown Austin, but great if you plan to spend most your time at the house and brewery tours/wine country - Needs a full length mirror All in all would highly recommend!

Classy Home for Celebration and Room for All

We rented this property for a wedding. There was room for the bride and her ladies to prep in one building separate from the groom and his men. The home is so classy we needed very little to dress it up for a wedding reception. This home provided a safe place to gather for all ages from 11month old baby of the bride and groom to the 82 yr old great grandmother. There were beds and beds and beds!!! and there were plenty of bathrooms for all. The outdoor landscape was breathtaking. We held our reception here and there was plenty room for people to stay overnight while attending a wedding at Chapel Dulcinea 4 hours from both the bride and groom's families. The host were so responsive and quickly answered all of our questions.

Awesome Experience!

The experience we had for 3 days at this Vrbo was awesome! It is a little off the beaten path in terms of downtown Austin, but the area offers a lot within a short distance. Food and drinks, grocery, catering, etc were all very very manageable. The separation of buildings and sleeping arrangements allows everyone to have space and time as needed! The pool is great and many activities are provided for your use, which we took full advantage off. My few suggestions would be to add more hosting opportunity in the back porch. We were there during march madness and with only 1 real viewing station, we felt confined to the family room. We had the sliding doors open often to mend the gap of the inside and outside. Maybe add a mini fridge and an extra tv on the back porch. The grill worked well, but in my opinion, the porch and yard are the highlights of the house. The hot tub was not very functional which was disappointing, but the heated pool suited our needs. The host was very communicative and patient with my questions. We had an awesome time and would highly recommend renting for a weekend.

Destination Wedding Weekend!

Our group traveled in from all over the world for our destination wedding weekend. We stayed Friday-Tuesday and had an incredible time! The home was incredibly spacious for our large group (25 by the end). Being separated in 3 different homes was more than enough space to feel like everyone wasn’t living on top of each other. We utilized every room so that everyone could have their own space, although some of the rooms unconventional as they are, worked great! Everyone had a bed & space for their bags. The pool, yard, activities, and hot tub were a huge hit. We stayed at the house during the day both Saturday & Sunday, and there were always enough things to do. Enough lawn chairs for everyone to lay out by the pool, play games, or just hang out. We had trouble with the hot tub & Lisa immediately sent over the property manager Mason to help. He fixed it in no-time. We were about to host a dinner out by the pool, Mason cleaned the pool & made things were picture perfect as we set the tables & lit candles for dinner. We brought in rental tables, chairs & linens from a local company to create a beautiful rehearsal dinner in the backyard. The string lights, oak trees, and sunset through the trees was INCREDIBLE. Truly one of the most beautiful settings out along the pool. Check-in & check-out were incredibly easy. Lisa was very responsive for anything we needed. The home was a bit further away than we expected, but it all worked out great. We were so grateful for this amazing home to make our special weekend happen. Truly a memorable moment for all of our friends & family staying here, wouldn’t have been possible without this space.
