Nestled on the slopes of Blackcomb mountain, this ultimate ski in/ski out location is steps from the new Blackcomb gondola. Complete with 3 hot tubs, a pool, a fitness center, free ski valet and a 24/7 front desk, this updated lodge style accommodation has everything you need for your dream Whistler vacation.
Cozy, modern and with a mountain feel, introducing The Treehouse. This 1 bedroom, top floor condo surrounded by forest features a King size main bed and a Queen sofa bed, offering true comfort for a couple and a few friends or a small family.
Here for a winter vacation? You simply cannot beat the ski-in/out access offered by the Aspens. In the summer, bike trails to Lost Lake Park and the weekly Farmers Market are right on your doorstep. If you're looking to visit the main village, the free bus shuttle stop is right outside the complex.
** If you're visiting Whistler with another family or group of friends, make sure to check out our Skywalk Suite, Panorama Suite, and Powder Peak Suite, located in the same building (The Aspens).

Room 1: Primary bedroom, King bed, plenty of storage for clothes and Smart TV with satellite
Room 2: Living Room, Queen sofa bed, Smart TV with satellite, Bose sound bar and portable AC unit (available in the summer)
LOCATION:
The Aspens is located slope side in the Whistler's Upper Village, the perfect location for ski-in/ski-out access. The Aspens is a short walk down the hill to a number of pubs and restaurants in the Upper Village, or a 15-minute walk to the main village. Don't want to walk back up the hill? You can also take the free shuttle from the village to just outside the complex. If you are looking to be central but prefer a quiet and more comfortable environment, then this is the ideal place for you.
SKI ACCESS:
Ski Out – Simply pick up your skis from the ski valet, walk past the hot tubs and out through the gate, clip on your skies for a less than 1 minute ski to the Blackcomb Gondola base to upload Blackcomb Mountain.
Ski In – off Lower Cruiser/Merlin's ski run on Blackcomb Mountain and enter through the same gate.
Please be aware that ski-in/ski-out access is weather-dependent and typically available from late December through March. If you'd like confirmation of snow conditions before your arrival, feel free to reach out to our Guest Services team.
PARKING:
Underground secure parking is available at the complex for $26/day per vehicle (height restrictions may apply - the parking garage clearance is 6'9”).
Other features you'll love:
- Newly updated and professionally designed with a cozy, mountain aesthetic in mind.
- Gorgeous tree top and peekaboo mountain views
- Private patio with outdoor furniture, BBQ grill and fun festoon lighting
- Cozy gas fireplace (available fall/winter/spring)

- Bose Soundbar and bluetooth speaker to set the desired vibe
- Prepare home cooked meals in the the fully equipped kitchen

Other things to note:
All guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement within 24 hours of booking to confirm their reservation. We will also require a piece of government ID with the name matching the name on the reservation and the credit card to be uploaded to our secure portal.
