The ground floor welcomes you with a sunlit open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where modern furnishings create a warm and stylish space to gather and unwind. The kitchen features premium appliances, sleek finishes, and a large island perfect for casual meals or gatherings. This space seamlessly opens to the balcony set for alfresco dining with a side of ocean views. At the rear, you'll find a secondary outdoor entertaining area, featuring kayaks, a ping pong table, a BBQ grill and an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand after a day at the beach.

The upstairs primary bedroom features a plush king bed, a private balcony, and a marble-inspired ensuite with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms, thoughtfully styled with queen beds, are spread across both floors, ensuring privacy and flexibility for families or groups. Two full bathrooms on each level ensure all guests are catered for. Upstairs also features a living area with a modular lounge and a convenient kitchenette.
