Welcome to Legacy Townhome 503, a gorgeous townhome located in Legacy at Seagrove Beach. With access to the community pool on-site, jogging and biking paths, and just steps to the Gulf of Mexico, get ready for a fun-filled vacay right in the heart of 30A!

Legacy Townhome 503 is a beautiful tri-level townhome with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight. You’ll feel right at home in this beautifully furnished and fully appointed space with wood flooring and tile throughout. Soothing wall coloring, natural finishes, and comfortable furniture complement the sunny living space, a welcome haven at day's end. Curl up on the sofa or two plush chairs in the living room with a large flat-screen TV or settle in at the elegant dining table with seating for four. The kitchen is a dream, with plenty of cabinet and counter space and stainless steel appliances, making it a cinch to whip up snacks for the pool or beach or full-blown meals for those nights you feel like staying in. Settle in for a restful sleep in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and breathtaking oceans views, or in the guest suite with a queen-sized bed. Double bunks in the third bedroom and a cozy twin bed in a small nook on the third floor are the perfect resting place for the little ones in your group.

Catch some rays on the tropical pool deck, or take a dip in one of two pools on-site. Explore the area’s jogging and biking paths, or stroll on the sugar-white sands and watch the sun fade in the sky. You’ll find great restaurants nearby, including the Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, Cafe Thirty-A, and Angelina’s Pizzeria and Pasta with the neighboring communities of Seaside, Seacrest, and Alys Beach offering up plenty to see and do. There really is no limit to the fun you can have on 30A!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund

Legacy Townhome Guests have access to the beach by using the private boardwalk located at back of property. Please be aware that for utilization of the beach, Legacy Townhome owners have private beach chairs/ umbrellas labeled with individual unit numbers set up to the left of stairs once entering private beach. Legacy Townhome guests can set up on the public beach to the right or left of the boardwalk. Strict enforcement that the private boardwalk is to be accessed by Legacy Townhome guests and no set up is allowed on the Legacy Condominium private beach. Also, please only utilize the two private pools gated on premises of Legacy Townhomes where staying. Legacy Townhome owners and guests are not allowed to use the Legacy Condominium pool located behind the Legacy Condominium building. Please enjoy your private boardwalk to paradise and utilize the public beaches to right and left of the private Legacy boardwalk for fun in the sun.

Legacy Townhomes requires parking in designated spaces only. Legacy Townhome 503 only has one parking space allowed and is designated by a sign labeled "503". The garage is not in use as it is converted to a bedroom. Therefore, there is only the one parking space available. Should you need additional parking, it can be rented from EnRoute Storage on Highway 331 or Southern Storage nearby.

Great vacay
Location and accommodations were great. The only complaint we would have is parking. My teens wanted to rent a golf cart and even though there were plenty of open spaces that were not labeled reserved for certain units we were warned that we could not use more than one spot that belonged to our condo. The parking storage area that we were referred to if we wanted to pay and keep our car in was more than 15 minutes away so that was not an option! Does not make since to me that a condo that can accommodate more than 8 people ( would have been very sufficient space for two separate families of 4) does not accommodate more than one parking space. That would be the only reason we would not stay there again.

Great location, bad parking and customer service
Also excellent location. Poor parking set up with only parking for one vehicle. Refrigerator was broken when we arrived and are they brought although they brought two mini fridges the main refrigerator was not even looked out until five days interstate. Small problem with ants
