Great stay from start to finish. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and everything we needed was ready when we arrived. Location was perfect, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again.

The house itself was as described and in a nice area. We stayed for 5 days and were told there was daily pool care that would occur. At no point did we ever see a person and on day four we noticed the pool and hot tub turning green. On day five the pool and hot tub they were so green we could not use them. We contacted our contact person and they acknowledged getting our message and the. We never heard from them again. It ruined our last day and night of our five day vacation. If it wasn’t for the pool issue and communication issues the stay would have been great but those two pieces really ruined it for us.

Family of 5We loved loved loved your house! We are a family of 5 (older young adults). All of the kids had their own rooms...that is worth its weight in gold! The house was spotless and so cozy. The pool, hot tub, and communication all 5 stars!We are rebuilding from hurricane Ian (still) so on future trips until we are done we will return!

The home was gorgeous and spacious. We loved swimming in the pool and sitting at night in the Adirondacks on the dock. The house had everything we needed. There are so many comfy places to sit and hang out. There were some unexpected amenities like sun hats hanging on the walls, a standing desk for work, a cooler for the beach, a pass-through and window from the kitchen to the sunroom. The house is in a great area-lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Plus, there are lots of sidewalks so it’s a great place for walks. The second day we were there, the rental company representative came to the house, introduced herself and gave us the cell number to call with any questions, and asked if there were any problems. The toilet in the primary was running and wouldn’t shut off, so she had a plumber there within 4 hours to fix it. Great customer service!There were a few loose pavers around the pool and hot tub, and we tripped a few times. (We notified the rental property. It wasn’t a big deal but may be a hazard for others.). The “5 minutes to the beach” was misleading. The very small beach is on intercoastal waters in an area that hasn’t been fully revitalized after the hurricane. It was so small and a little dirty so we drove to Ft. Meyers and Sanibel and Captiva which are about 35 minutes away.
