Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Construction may result in weekday noise and possible parking adjustments during your stay. The pool is expected to remain open during most of the project except when work is being performed directly above the pool deck. Please note that the balcony for this unit will NOT be accessible and the booking is non-refundable. The nightly rate has been reduced to reflect this inconvenience.
