Perfect for a Family with Kids

This property was not only designed and decorated beautifully, but the layout was perfect for my small family. Very short walking distance to beach shuttle service and pool as well all the best restaurants. Highly recommend this property. It was clean upon arrival, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and amazing master bathroom. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Good info

The unit had everything we needed. A few things I'd mention. This unit is in building "H". Not sure if I missed this in the description. The dryer takes about 3 cycles to dry clothes. If you plan to watch a lot of clothes, be prepared to have the dryer running non-stop

Clean But Frustrated About Communication

5 stars for cleanliness and 5 stars for location. My frustration has to do with communication (perhaps due to the fact that this property is run by a management company). Electronic info guide available using QR code AFTER entering property. Lots of information that would've been helpful to know/study BEFORE arrival. Checkin not until 4 pm. Customer service line closes at 5 pm. Only one hour to get help, if needed, after checkin (assuming you checkin right on time). There were 8 separate condo buildings. Aside from knowing the unit #, there was no communication indicating we were in building H. Obviously pertinent info to someone who is unfamiliar with the property. Also, no dedicated parking. We arrived just before 4 pm checkin time on a Wednesday and had to circle the parking lot several times waiting for a spot to open up. There were bag carts available to use, but the wheels were broken and/or flat tires. Header indicates 3 bikes are included with property. NOT TRUE. Bikes can be RENTED for additional costs from a separate company. Additionally, owner leaves personal bikes locked up in a bedroom closet, so you are unable to hang clothing in that bedroom, which was frustrating. Although we had AC pulled down to 65, the ancillary bedrooms were warm at night. Master bedroom temperature was very comfortable. Again, I'm thankful for the cleanliness of the property, but I'd definitely consider other options in the future.

Great family vacation

The condo is beautiful and convenient to restaurants, shops, activities. It has everything you need for a weeks stay at the beach! The pool was nice and not overcrowded even in mid June. The included bicycles were very nice and we had a great time riding and exploring the property. The only downside was the beach access was so small and crowded that even if you got to the beach at 6 am it was full. We had to go to public beach access to be able to go to the beach and put up a tent. Tents aren’t allowed at the property beach access due to such limited space. There are several public beach accesses nearby so it wasn’t a huge deal. We loved our stay and would stay here again
