Magnolia Cottage at Wolka Park offers a peaceful and private rural escape set within a stunning 30 acre Equine Property. Enjoy the serenity of beautiful established gardens, sweeping lawns and majestic pines. Explore the walking tracks on our property, feed the horses and immerse yourself in tranquil nature. Walk to our special lookout in Wollemi National Park and experience the sunset in total seclusion. At night enjoy the outdoor fire pit and gaze at the stars! An easy 1.5 hours from Sydney.

The space
Magnolia Cottage comes fully equipped for a luxurious self-catering stay for up to 6 guests and would suit families and small groups. You have private use of over 2 acres of gorgeous gardens and lush green lawns surrounding the cottage and you have exclusive access to explore the tracks on our property and say hello to our many ponies, horses and very friendly dogs! Relax on the outdoor deck, perfect for long lazy lunches.


The open plan cottage features idyllic garden views from every room and is stylish and inviting. With a huge slow combustion stove and reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, it's like your home away from home. We have tonnes of books to read, board games, and 2 x TV’s with DVD. There are 2 bathrooms and a modern fully equipped kitchen with an extra large oven perfect for the entertainers! The 3 bedrooms all have tranquil views to the gardens and the main has it own ensuite. With a lovely deck and gorgeous shady gardens you’re bound to find a quiet spot to soak up the serenity.

Snooze in a hammock or enjoy spectacular sunsets from our very own secluded wilderness lookout!

Enjoy the huge variety of birds, feed our ducks or go walking around the farm to feed the horses some carrots. There is lots of space for the kids to run and lots of fun horse and animal activities they can enjoy. We offer pony rides and riding lessons (be sure to book ahead). Kids can bring their mountain bikes to ride and have fun climbing trees and play with our very friendly dogs. Have a game of outdoor table tennis or enjoy the outdoor fire pit.

The weather is very changeable up here in the mountains so be sure to pack sturdy boots and warm coats!
