Excellent location. A beautiful apartment that feels like we stepped back in time. The contact was extremely responsive and helped us remedy all concerns immediately.
Perfect townhome for a wedding weekend visit to Baltimore. Four adults, plenty of space, even better than the photos. We felt like royalty (well, I did anyway - I claimed the second floor expansive suite). Would definitely stay here again.

Cool place! Stayed here with some friends for a girls weekend in the city and we all had a lovely time.House was clean, comfortable, and charmingly quirky.Plenty of room for 4 adults to gather in common areas but also have their own space.Great location, pretty quiet but still close to downtown.Didn't interact very much with the host, but they responded quickly when I did. As other have mentioned, street parking's not exactly ample.. but I mean, it's a city, what do you expect lol. There are a few 24hr parking garages nearby though, which worked just fine for us!Would def stay again :)
We all had a great trip and the house was exactly as described. It was a pleasant surprise to find coffee, tea, and hot chocolate stocked in the kitchen. There was also detergent and signet supplied for wash! Would definitely stay here again.
Our family loved this condo and our stay here! The condo is exactly as described. It was well stocked with extras that we were not expecting. We will be back!!
The property was extremely clean. Parking was available on the street and we didn't have any problems finding a spot. We felt that the neighborhood was quiet and clean. We had a few issues that would have been easily taken care of had we notified the Host, but we were gone so much of the time it didn't matter to us (mostly had to do with the third floor bedroom fans and A/C. I did contact the Host after check out and they did respond quickly with the easy solutions.) We would stay there again.

I felt there was several instances that should have been corrected before we arrive. The Host was very attentive and answered each time we called.1. The keypad was hard to open. Once opened it did not have the key in it. 2. There was black lint on a white sheet on one of the beds. Of course we thought it was bugs.3. The bathroom light in the upstairs bathroom was not working, he had to come and put in a new bulb. We did not arrive until after 6:30 pm
What a great neighborhood! We stayed for a weekend for a youth lacrosse tournament. This was a great base for a lot of great local places, and we love exploring Baltimore. The house is wonderfully eclectic. Interesting (in a god way) spaces and furniture that reflect the historic origins more modern updates. Minor issues was all we found--The heat was off when we arrived; so, the house was 59 degrees. It took about 24 hours to get up to 67. No baking sheet in the kitchen. And some of the bedroom linens could have been cleaner. Our guess was that it had been sitting for a while. None of that really impacted our stay. We were able to walk to a local park a few blocks away and found a great coffee place 5 min walking distance. Little Italy is a stone's throw away for some amazing food, too. We would absolutely come back.

"From the owner: Thank you for your thoughtful review. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the neighborhood, the home’s character, and the great local spots nearby. I appreciate your notes about the heat, linens, and kitchen items, and I’ll review each one to help ensure future guests have an even smoother stay. I’m grateful you would consider returning and hope to welcome you again."
This place was very beautiful and I really enjoyed my stay. When they said first come, first serve for parking it was definitely true. For anyone who doesn’t know the area (like my family) there’s barely parking available as none of the cars moved the entire weekend. Once we found parking we spent a lot using the Lyft app to move around, if not we would not have found parking for blocks upon returning from some of the planned destinations of our trip. Other than that the stay really was beautiful. I will note I did find a couple of bed bugs and that did upset me. I didnt want to take it out on my rating for the property as that could have been from someone who stayed before us, and the place was otherwise very clean. It was also much more beautiful in person. Again really enjoyed my stay but the bed bugs was a sad ending to the trip because at first I was trying to request to add an extra day but had changed my mind because or that. Thank you for inviting us over to your home.
The host was very accommodating, allowing an early check-in as there was calendar availability. The location is wonderful, quiet but within walking distance to restaurants and bars.House has plenty of room. Plumbing is fine. Not the greatest ventilation on the first floor room.
