Solace is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and we ask all guests to be considerate of our permanent neighbours. No parties or functions are permitted. Any noise complaints may result in loss of your security deposit and immediate eviction.

A Minut Noise Monitor is installed at the property to ensure noise levels remain respectful of neighbours. The device only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations.

External security cameras are installed at the front of the property for guest and property safety and feature two-way audio.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay at or visit the property. Visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of payments.
