About this property

Romantic attic apartment in beautiful Laubegast neighbourhood in Dresden

Our exclusive top floor apartment (approx. 40sqm) is a perfect place for two people to stay on the weekend or for a longer trip to Dresden. The apartment is located near to the Elbe River in the quiet neighbourhood of Laubegast. It has floor heating throughout the apartment and blackout curtains on all windows. The brand new kitchen offers a great place to sit and eat as well as many other amenities: dishwasher, ceramic stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Tableware, glasses, pots, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are available as well. Comfortable chairs, a coffee table, and a Queen-sized bed (160cm) with included linens invite you to relax in the apartment. For entertainment we offer a flat-screen HDTV with satellite TV and a stereo with CD/MP3 player with an iPod dock and digital radio. There is also a large closet with plenty of hangers to accomodate your wardrobe.

Coffee & tea and a glass of champagne for our guests are included. Breakfast service is available upon request by the landlord. Shower & WC with each a terry bath towel per person and for private use.

The apartment stay is wonderful

I am staying from the US meeting my boyfriend who lives here in Germany. The apartment was so lovely and clean, we would recommend staying here to anyone. Nice walkable area close to the river and good restaurants. Very kind and caring hosts :)

Lovely stay!! Modern and clean studio

My mum and I stayed in this beautifully presented studio apartment for 3 days and I would highly recommend it. The apartment is very modern and clean (just as depicted on this website) and included everything that you could want for self catering purposes, we were also delighted to find a bowl of fresh fruit on our arrival. The owners clearly make that extra effort, they even prepared an information folder in English (especially for us!), and Lars was so helpful, he brought us a variety of fresh bread rolls every day (hands down the best rolls we have ever tasted). The location was ideal for us: it was situated in a beautiful quiet tree-lined street, an easy tram ride to the station or to the centre of Dresden (the owners were happy to provide instruction). There was a supermarket just around the corner and various other shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Elbe River is a very close walk, and we enjoyed a beautiful Bavarian meal at the Volkshaus restaurant (recommended by the owner) which was located right beside the river. The highlight activity while we were here was a day trip to Meissen. We would highly recommend catching a paddlesteamer from Dresden to this perfectly preserved old town and just take your time wandering the cobbled streets. (We caught the train back to Dresden, it's a lot quicker.) If we were luckly enough to visit Dresden again, we would definately love to stay in the apartment again :-)
