Comfy and calm

We definitely recommend this House. Perfect size, great interiour, very calm and just perfect to relax. Also to mention the breatbtaking view out of the panoramic window in the kitchen. Loved the sunny poolside and the palmtrees and the privacy :)

Great location for Workaction but remote

The picture are accurate and are not promising to little. The villa is tidy and modern equipped with two sleeping rooms. The garden and pool are well taken care of and the sun is on the pool most time of the day. Two points to consider for this location, the pool is quite deep everywhere, me as an 1,80m adult could only stand in the first meter at the beginning. Further you need a vehicle to reach this location the next restaurants etc. Are at least 2,4km away. Other than that thanks Merle and Achille for the great time and easy check in/out!

Great Place

We had a great time at the House. Everything went perfectly fine and the place is just beautiful. We could relax and also work from there. Definitely would recommend it and we are also looking forward to coming back.

super Ferienhaus mit uneinsehbaren Anwesen und großem Pool

Das Ferienhaus von Achille können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist super schön eingerichtet, große Fenster in der Küche und zum Pool hin, großes uneinsehbares Anwesen, sehr ruhig und sehr nah zu nächsten kleinen Stadt. Besonders haben wir den wirklick großen Pool genossen (12m x 4,5m). Da konnte man wirklich gut schwimmen und durch die Tiefe auch reinspringen. Wir kommen sehr gerne irgendwann mal wieder. Ein phantastischer Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, gepflegten Haus sehr genossen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Wenn man vor dem Panoramafenster der Küche steht, zeigt sich, je nach Tageszeit, immer wieder ein anderes "Gemälde". Da wir viel gekocht haben, bewunderten wir sehr oft die Aussicht.Der große Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, der großzügige Garten, um darin spazieren zu gehen.Es war einer der entspannensten Urlaube den wir je verbracht haben. Die gebotene Ruhe sowie die absolute Privatsphäre trugen sehr dazu bei.Der Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter war unkompliziert und angenehm. Auch Merle, die uns am Anfang unseres Urlaubes, sehr nett in Empfang genommen hat, war schnell erreichbar.An beide nochmals vielen Dank!Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.such

Tolles Haus & Sehr freundlicher Empfang

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit! Das Haus ist toll, wie auf den Fotos, sehr großer und schöner Pool! Man hat seine Privatsphäre und kann die Sonne und Ruhe genießen. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Lajares mit Supermarkt und netten Cafés, Restaurants. Super Ausgangspunk, um mit dem Mietwagen die Insel zu erkundigen. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert, kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank am Merle, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat und auch zwischendurch immer für Fragen erreichbar war!

Heaven on Earth 😃

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft mit stylischer, gemütlicher Einrichtung, viel Privatsphäre und tollem Pool. Der Kontakt mit Achille war sehr nett und die Buchung und Abwicklung unkompliziert. Vor Ort hatte uns Merle in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Sie spricht deutsch und ist sehr nett. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und einem wundervollen Haus und kommen gerne wieder :)

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit großem Garten

Sehr herzlicher unkomplizierter Empfang und Übergabe des Schlüssels. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist großzügig und der Garten sehr groß, uneinsehbar und sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hier und da ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Ein Urlaub zum Relaxen und sicher nochmal toller, wenn es auch warm genug ist, den schönen großen Pool zu nutzen.

Erholung pur

Wir hatten uns schon sehr auf diese Reise gefreut und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und bietet sogar noch einen wundervollen Arbeitsplatz - mit Blick auf den sagenhaft großen Pool! Die Küche hat alles, was wir gebraucht haben - und wir haben viel gekocht. Der Supermarkt ist bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen - wie auch die Cafés, Restaurants und Shops von Lajares. Vor Ort hat uns Merle empfangen, den Schlüssel gegeben und überhaupt bei jeder Frage weitergeholfen - vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Hier einige freie Tage zu verbringen, ist eine unbedingte Empfehlung! Und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Merle die uns das Haus übergeben hat, war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, auch wenn wir 2 Std. zu früh da waren, so war dies kein Problem. Der Pool ist die Wucht, groß und sehr sauber. Aufgrund unseres Aufenthalts im Februar, war die Überwindung jedoch groß in die kalten Fluten zu springen. An Tagen mit guter Sicht, kann man aus dem Küchenfenster sogar das Meer sehen. Toll. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingefriedet und so vor fremden Blicken geschützt, so das man nicht immer auf „perfekte Garderobe“ achten muss. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Achille, war auch problemlos und sehr zügig. Vielen Dank

Absolute Entspannung

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht wird dieses Haus lieben. Die Kommunikation und die Betreuung waren perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür. Den eindrucksvollen Pool konnten wir im Januar nicht nutzen, haben aber den tollen Garten genossen und planen ein Comeback.

Just perfect

Been lucky enough to stay in some lovely villas in Lajares over the years but none of them compare to Achille’s place. We felt at home the second we walked in. Every detail has been carefully considered and the result is the most perfect holiday home, so much so that we could barely tear ourselves away for the first week. As previous guests have said, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The centrepiece is the amazing pool and its perfectly-designed surroundings. The 2 beds are huge and very comfy, and there were enough towels to supply a small army. Achille and Merle were very helpful throughout the booking process and while we were there, and made everything as easy and hassle-free as possible. Genuinely can’t recommend this place or the hosts highly enough. Leaving Fuerte is never easy but we were utterly heartbroken this time, due to us feeling so at home. We’re now trying to work out how to get back as quickly as possible!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren für 3 Wochen im September dort. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte völlig problemlos, das Haus entsprach 100%ig der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen.Vermieter Achille spricht nur französisch,hat aber eine sehr nette Vertretung vor Ort,die deutsch spricht und mit der wir einen sehr netten Kontakt hatten.Bei Fragen von uns wurde sofort reagiert und weitergeholfen ( das Internet funktionierte nicht gut...am nächsten Tag kamen sofort zwei Monteure und behoben den Schaden.Es fehlte ein großer Sonnenschirm am Pool,auch dieses Problem wurde sofort gelöst ). Für Ruhesuchende ist das Haus am Rande des Surferstädtchens Lajares eine echte Empfehlung.

Traumhaft

Wir haben zwei wunderbaren Wochen im September in dem Haus verbracht. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte völlig unkompliziert (dafür herzlichen Dank). Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist super und der Pool ist riesig. In Lajares gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt sowie diverse Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Achille :-)

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time at Achilles place. The house was even more beautiful than on the photos...Achille organised an extra bed for our children and the house was extremely well equipped,everthing was there...the surounding landscape is breathtaking...in 15 minutes you reach the beaches from El Cotillo and El Jable(near Corralejo)

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Kommunikation vorab und während des Aufenthaltes war einwandfrei. Das Haus ist so schön wie auf den inserierten Bildern. Wir haben den schönen großen Pool und den Garten sehr genossen. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr bequem. Ein mobiler Ventilator sorgt auch bei wärmeren Temperaturen für eine kühle Brise im Schlafzimmer. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Nach Lajares Zentrum sind es ca. 2 km. Wer aber Urlaub auf Fuerteventura macht, dem empfehle ich ohnehin einen Mietwagen. Lajares ist eine süße Stadt, mit tollen Restaurants und Bäckereien. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Standtage in El Cotillo oder Corralejo. Außerdem sind die Ortschaften Villaverde und La Oliva nicht weit mit weiteren tollen Restaurants. Wir werden das Haus von Achille sicher wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
