Great location and amazing view of Mt Snow. Nice kitchen area stocked with plates, flatware, small appliances, etc. Very clean. Comfy beds. Fireplace for guest use. Conviently located on the quick shuttle bus route to Mt Snow base.

The location was ideal as you had option to drive down the hill to park at Mount Snow or hop on the mover. The building was very quiet and the unit had nice view of the mountain. Plenty of room for family of four. The owner provided clear directions and was very responsive when we needed to reach out with questions.

View from the apartment is incredible. Shuttle service to the ski hill is such a luxury. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the sports complex. Apartment was not sufficiently clean and supplies were inadequate for a family of five for four nights, especially considering the cost. The host was, however, very responsive and offered a small refund.

After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: - After your concerns were reported, you provided photos that confirmed some cleaning items had been missed, including areas such as the shower drain, coffee maker, microwave, and some dishes and cookware. - To make things right, a refund was issued for more than half of the cleaning cost, and the situation was addressed directly with the cleaning team. - Steps are being taken with the cleaning partner to reinforce expectations and ensure supplies and cleanliness standards are properly checked before each guest’s arrival. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
