It comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living/dining room (sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs), and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine).

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a closet, and a shower room with a toilet.

Upstairs, an open-plan mezzanine overlooks the living room and offers two single beds (80cm) and storage space, plus a cot. Wi-Fi access is provided.

The living area opens onto a terrace and small garden furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and awning, and an electric barbecue and griddle.

A private parking space is located in front of the house.

Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning package SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY (+€100), to be booked through the agency.
