One of the best locations in Montreal
Our studios are located in a trendy and lively area of St Denis street in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal in Montreal. ”Mont-Royal” subway station and bus stations( lines 11-30-97) are at 5 minutes walking distance from our studios.
Our studios are close to :
• major universities (UQAM and McGill),
• teaching Hospitals (CHUM and McGill) and
• major cultural centers (National Library, Theaters, Place des Arts).
All Studios are heated and furnished, (no extra charges for water/electricity, taxes).
• They are available for long term rentals
• The Living area is between 270 sq and 300 sq.
• They all have a Private kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Safety: intercom at entran ce
Major renovations have been completed (Roof, kitchen, bathrooms, wooden floors, new painting, electricity, heating, windows, and internet connections)
High speed, wired, unlimited internet connection (ADSL) in every studio
INCLUDED SERVICE
• Unlimited, high-speed internet connection
Additional Services
• Linen (bed & bath) once, and you may keep it for the rest of your stay
• A laundry room with a washer and a dryer is available in the basement
• On-demand air conditioning unit
• On-demand fan if needed
It is not necessary to rent for one year. It's available to rent for four or five months.
Hot water, electricity and Internet are included .
