Private Toronto Guest Room

Welcome to your bright and spacious guest room, at the rear of my home with direct access to a (shared) backyard.

Located in an excellent location near The Stockyards & The Junction trendy neighbourhoods in Toronto, easily accessible via car or public transportation; and roughly a twenty (20) minute drive away from downtown or from Pearson International Airport.
The space
The guest room (*room only - no kitchen access, no kitchen available) is located at the rear of the home facing our backyard, which you are more than welcome to enjoy. It comes with a separate entrance and an en suite washroom. It is accessible via a smart lock keypad.

This guest room is private and with an en-suite washroom however it does not have a kitchen nor laundry amenities.

It can be as private - or as bright and open as you wish. There is a sliding/screen door, (separate from the keypad entrance) as well as a large window, bringing in plenty of sun light and fresh air.

The separate sliding screen door conveniently allows access to the backyard which gets amazing sun light, has a deck with patio furniture, and a propane BBQ.

Within the room, in addition to the en suite washroom, is a small walk-in closet/storage room. The space is ideal for solo guests and is suitable for quarantining travelers.

We offer a well-appointed space including: WiFi, mini-fridge, microwave, a HDTV (online steaming only- below;), a toaster, water kettle, and a coffee machine.

Guests have access to premium 4K streaming services: Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ w/Star Content.

There is street parking right in front however a permit would have to be obtained online from the City of Toronto for overnight street parking.

To summarize to potential guests, this is like a hotel room: there is no kitchen, no laundry, nor any cooking appliance(s).
