We are truly sorry to see a 2-star review, especially considering how promptly we responded to every request made during your stay and how much effort was put into ensuring you were comfortable. Regarding the WiFi, we did address this issue immediately and it was restored during your visit. We also provided additional items that were not included in the listing, simply to make your stay more enjoyable. As for the AC units, this is the first time in over two years—including the previous long-term owner who lived there full-time—that anyone has reported a problem of this kind. The setup of the equipment is intentional and follows recommendations to protect the units from salt exposure, as the home is directly by the ocean. This is a very common practice in beachfront homes in Puerto Rico due to how quickly salt air deteriorates exterior equipment. We inspected the system again after your stay and confirmed that it is operating normally. While we understand that each guest has different expectations, it is disappointing to receive a rating that does not reflect the many positive aspects of the property or the level of attention and responsiveness provided throughout your stay. Not all guests take into account the efforts made on their behalf, but we remain committed to offering excellent service and continuously improving.
