Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass at or around the pool area - No disruptive noise or party - Must sign Rental Agreement - Must check in BEFORE 11pm local time.
No visiting OR overnight guests in the unit or on site that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval. Will not go over max capacity.

Our family really enjoyed our week here. I loved that it was a walk out unit and looked out onto the golf course. The pool area was great. We could easily walk to all the Scottsdale Quarter's restaurants and shops. The host was quick to text back when we had questions. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful, well-decorated & clean! We had stayed previous 3 nights at Westin hotel A really wished we would have stayed the whole time here. This place was so comfortable and perfect. Perfect location for golf and exploring. Unit was clean, comfortable, and provided all we needed for the long weekend stay. Owner was very responsive to questions. Pool area was all we could have asked for - would definitely stay again. I would say having only 1 key was a little bit of an annoyance but nothing we couldn't work around.

Well positioned in the complex. Lovely sunsets and golf course views. Good communication from management. Answered all questions promptly. Well equipped. My only suggestion would be to add a box of tissues. Would stay again.

We recieved a 1 star review with no comentary so I looked through the messages and here is what I found. We notified the guest before check-in that the prior guest had clogged the sink and that maintenance would need access during standard hours to fix it. When we asked the guest for permission to send maintenance the guest denied access was declined. This geust decided to leave and demanded a full refund. As soon as the geust departed we fixed the sink and notifed the guest that it was now fixed. This geuest also stated a few slats were missing from the blinds, but we have full blackout curtains on that same window. We refunded the first night but the geust attempted to extort us and ultimately gave us this 1 star. Happy to share with any future guests. We take maintenance seriously, communicate issues proactively, and resolve them as quickly as we’re allowed access to do so.
