Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.

If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.

We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We recieved a 1 star review with no comentary so I looked through the messages and here is what I found. We notified the guest before check-in that the prior guest had clogged the sink and that maintenance would need access during standard hours to fix it. When we asked the guest for permission to send maintenance the guest denied access was declined. This geust decided to leave and demanded a full refund. As soon as the geust departed we fixed the sink and notifed the guest that it was now fixed. This geuest also stated a few slats were missing from the blinds, but we have full blackout curtains on that same window. We refunded the first night but the geust attempted to extort us and ultimately gave us this 1 star. Happy to share with any future guests. We take maintenance seriously, communicate issues proactively, and resolve them as quickly as we’re allowed access to do so.
