We had a nice time here. The property is wonderful, and it was an added bonus to be covered in snow. The kitchen is well-supplied, and we had no issues at all. Great communication with the host too. Would visit again.
We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable cabin! It's conveniently located between Blue Ridge and Ellijay. It has everything you need for cooking so that you can just relax and enjoy nature, but wineries and breweries are close by if you want to get out and explore! Tonia was absolutely the BEST at communicating the whole 3 weeks we stayed in their cabin. I can't say enough about how important that can be and we've not experienced that with any other VRBOs. Usually you have to deal with a company and may take hours to get a response. We even got to see a bear!

Top of the trail
This cozy cabin was pretty nice for our family of four. Staying 2days/3nights, we had plenty of comfort. The home boasts a recently remodeled basement with patio right out into the woods. Sitting atop a large hill, right at the McKay Benton trail- this home was spacious. 3 bed rooms and 3 baths helped us feel right at home. Minor maintenance needs inside the home were recognized, but nothing major. We appreciate a home that allows some remnants to be left- like salt/pepper/bags/foil, etc. makes for a good trip when you forgot something. We did not use the hot tub- so no review of that. We did try to use the fire pit- but weather would not permit. Overall would stay again. Biggest complaint os distance from main road- we had to plan timing a little bit to get to events.

Thanks for your thoughtful review—we’re so glad to hear the cabin was a comfortable fit for your family and that you had a great stay overall. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We didn’t receive any communication during your stay beyond check-in, so we weren’t aware of any minor maintenance concerns, but we always appreciate knowing so we can take care of them for future guests.
-While we can’t control the weather, we’re glad the fire pit is there as an option when conditions allow.
-The home is tucked away in a more secluded area surrounded by trails and streams, which offers a peaceful setting just a 10-minute drive from Blue Ridge.
Thanks again for staying with us—we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
