Perfectly located in Dubbo CBD, near cafes, shopping and entertainment, with great views of church st from the second floor!
The apartment is newly renovated and spacious and quiet at night time with minimal traffic.
The apartment is cleaned before each visit, has towels and linens, and a washing machine / dryer.
The apartment is 2 bedrooms with one set up as a bedroom - double bed- and on as an office for anyone on a work trip! Max 4 persons.
The lounge in the living room also converts to a comfortable sofa bed ( it really is pretty comfy unlike most sofa beds!). Please note the sofa bed is in the main living area.
The apartment has a kitchen, fridge, oven , stove , microwave, dishwasher - so would suit someone visiting for a day or here for a few weeks for work.
The apartment has ducted heating and cooling.
The apartment is located on level 2, via wide and well lit staircase. there is street parking or park in the free parking areas close by.
