Hamptons Cottage features ducted heating and cooling in both living areas and both bedrooms. The main living area has been appointed with a gas fireplace. Both bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.

Hamptons Cottage is set in a quiet residential street in Dubbo, a short drive from the city centre. The Orana Mall (7 mins) covers everyday essentials — Woolworths, Big W, JB Hi-Fi, Bed Bath N' Table, and more.



Taronga Western Plains Zoo is one of the region's great drawcards, with open-range enclosures, animal encounters, keeper talks, and tours. The onsite waterpark and Zoo Cafe & Bar make it a full day for families. The Dubbo Botanic Gardens offers a quieter afternoon — the Shoyoen Japanese Garden, adventure playground, and wide open lawns are worth the visit. The Dubbo Golf Club's 27-hole championship course is a short drive away, with Reflections Restaurant on site for lunch.



Dubbo Sports World (5 mins) has inflatable play, laser skirmish, a golf simulator, and an interactive wall. Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay, with the exception of the garage.

Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers, or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
