Three bedrooms sleep seven. The primary suite has a king bed and a private ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite bath — two fully private ensuite suites in the same unit, which matters when traveling with another couple or extended family who both want complete privacy. The third bedroom has full-over-full bunk beds — the only double bunk configuration in the One Particular Harbour portfolio, and the right setup for families with multiple kids. Three full bathrooms throughout. The living room handles the seventh guest.
An in-unit washer and dryer makes extended stays genuinely practical. The fully equipped kitchen handles full meal preparation for a group of seven. The open living area is well-configured for gathering. High-speed WiFi included.
The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant on the property. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.
Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.
OPH 395-402 requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking and elevator access included.
