An amazing condo for an even better price. Very spacious and well equipped. Would def. stay here again, our entire family had a great time. Excellent communication and easy to get in the condo once we arrived.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here! It was clean, tidy, and had everything needed for a week long stay. The kids loved the bunkbed! We have always enjoyed renting from Island Vacation Properties and this time was no different.

The property was a superb 3 bedrooms penthouse apartment with excellent views over the lagoon. The apartment was very well appointed with great attention to detail. Security was great and the whole site immaculately maintained. The position was brilliant as it was literally next to Anna Maria island without being on the island. We were highly impressed with all aspects of the property.
