It boasts easy access to local trails and is within walking distance of downtown Valemount. The use of reclaimed materials adds an industrial chic touch to this cozy modern home. The perfect base for outdoor adventures such as hiking, mountain biking, sledding or ski touring. Pets are welcome, as long as they are not a problem with the owner's senior dog, cats, ducks and chickens. This neighbourhood has a rural feel right in town, as there are other acreages and hobby farms on the block
