Check-in was easy, reserving was easy, the host communicated great and quickly. A few items that weren't quite 5-star, but we would definitely stay here again.Garage was too small for our 2024 Kia Carnival minivan, but the neighborhood was very quiet and safe.Living room bypass windows do not seal, so running the portable AC unit there really just brought the hot air from the unit back into the room.The upstairs middle room AC did not cool, even after a visit from the service tech. Hopefully they replace it.There is no AC unit in the split level down, but it does have a cooling stand-up fan, so that was Ok. However, there was a smell that gathered there, possibly sewer smell? Not sure, but it wasn't pleasant to be down in that area, so we mostly stayed on the main level and upstairs split to the bedrooms.Basement bedroom also does not have AC unit, so it was not that cool. There is a single sliding window in that room that you can open the one at the other end of the basement to try and get a cross breeze. It has 3 full baths, so that's very nice.The master bedroom bed squeaks very loudly anytime anyone in the bed moves at all. We got used to it, but it would be nice to get that fixed.Kitchen was short some items, but stocked enough to be able to make it work. But no pans for garlic bread or the like.Neighbors (not sure if always there or not) were smoking weed at least twice, and it permeated the master bedroom for several hours
