One bed flat in listed Georgian building
A refurbished flat in a listed Georgian House located in a residential area about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the city center. Consisting of one double bedrooms, small bathroom and a kitchen. This is a minimally decorated clean apartment ideal for the economical traveler.
The space
The flat consists of a bedroom/living room , kitchen and bathroom. There is access to a back garden
Not so great stuff
The bathroom is not modern, some of the decor is a bit dated and the wifi is not great running slow sometimes. Finally if you leave the window open there will be traffic noise as the bedroom faces the road.
All in all its a clean economical well situated apartment
The electricity bill with normal usage averages under two euros a day. Anything over four euros a day usage will be taken out of the deposit.
There is street parking with a parking disc near to the property (round the corner). A shop right there sells parking discs. Price is 2 euros per hour between 08:00 and 18:30 Sundays are free. Maximum period is two hours. Fine is 40 euros for breaking this.
There is a pub round the corner that serves food. There's a cafe at the bottom of the road that does a good Irish breakfast.
