Outside, the courtyard provides one parking spot. The laundry room is shared with just one other apartment and offers free use of a washer and dryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay. There is also and outdoor clothes line.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

Please note that the hot water system is a 80L tank system, which is not a continuous hot water supply. Once the hot water runs out, you will need to wait for the tank to heat up again.
