About this property

The modern apartment is located in a two-family house, which was only finished in 2009 and until now has only been used by the owner for vacation purposes. The special location is that the house is located in the beautiful, old town of Brodnica, as well as directly on the lake shore of Lake Niskie Brodno (with its own jetty). In the city center (approx. 2 km away) there are historical sights (e.g. Viewing tower and ruins of a crusader castle), as well as numerous shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. On the public 'city beach' about 400 m away, numerous leisure activities are offered (kayak, scooter rental, tennis court, volleyball court, etc.) The maisonette is divided on the ground and first floor: below: living / dining room (TV with satellite system) and bathroom; Above: Living room / bedroom with a second separate bedroom. Both below and above you have a beautiful view of the lake and below also a large, sunny terrace.

Terrace furniture, sun loungers, canoes and bicycles are available as required.

Ferien im Haus am See

In dem sehr schönen, gepflegten Haus unserer Vermieterin haben wir entspannte und entschleunigte Tage verbracht. Unsere Vermieterin war zeitgleich mit uns vor Ort und hat uns zahlreiche gute Tips gegeben, uns mit lokalem Gemüse versorgt (danke, sehr köstlich!!!) ihre Ausrüstung (vom Boot bis zur Schwimmbrille) mit uns geteilt und als Ansprechpartnerin stets hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert unterstützt. Der See ist ein Traum, direkt am Haus und quasi menschenleer, mit hervorragender Wasserqualität. Was will man Meer :)) Auch unser Hund ist auf seine Kosten gekommen und wurde freundlich akzeptiert. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

ein gelungener Urlaub

Lage: fantastisch gelegen, der See ist unberührt und wunderschön, angeln, baden, alles möglich, das Haus am See war für uns das Richtige Haus: funktionell und praktisch, für uns 3 perfekt Umgebung: hinter dem Haus ist eine befahrene Straße, hat uns nicht gestört, ansonsten Natur pur Umgebung: die Stadt ist nah, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, alles da Aktivitäten: funktionefähige Fahräder, ein Boot und ein Kajak, großartig Fazit: wir würden es absolut weiterempfehlen, mit Hund und Teeni ein gelungener Urlaub Was fehlt: WLan, ging aber auch ohne Gastgeber: gute Komunikation, nichts zum meckern

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See unbezahlbar Die Straße hinter dem Haus hat uns nicht gestört Allerdings kommen wir aus der Großstadt. Ruderboot Fahrräder ( große und Kinder)und Kajak zur freien Verfügung Super Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Danke

Een geweldige locatie

Wij zijn héél vriendelijk ontvangen. Het vakantiehuis ligt aan een prachig meer met aanlegsteiger waar je kan gaan gaan roeien, zwemmen, suppen. Wij mochten gebruik maken van de verhuurders hun roeiboot?, supplank en fietsen. Het is een gezellig huis en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren ook aanwezig in hun deel van het huis en zijn super lieve mensen. Ze hebben ons ook uigleg gegeven over een stadje dat zeker de moeite was om te bezoeken en dat was het ook. Als we nog eens de beslissing zouden nemen om Polen nog eens te bezoeken, dan zouden we zeker hier weer een aantal dagen komen logeren.

Toller Familienurlaub direkt am See

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben die Tage genossen. Die Kinder konnten morgens gleich in den See springen und waren immer in Sichtweite. Immer wieder gerne!
