If you are in town and want to have a gathering you can't because only two cars can park in the drive way. if is a nice place if you want some along time or on a business trip.

Alecia was an over good guest, but failed to follow the house rules. It is clearly Stated in the listing that the property has a strict no property policy. It was also discussed with her in a phone conversation prior to her coming into town, and again when she checked in. She totally ignored the rules, the policy, and the Covid-19 mandates issued by the Governor of Mississippi and the Mayor of the City of Jackson. There were complaints of loud music and large crowds from the neighbors, and the local police was called to disburse the party. She did leave the property in good condition.
