One of the earliest homes in Wellington County, this four-bedroom home was renovated in 1986 and thoughtfully updated in 2025. It features a main floor primary bedroom with ensuite, an eat-in kitchen, a solarium offering a 270-degree view and a natural gas fireplace, a fire pit where you can enjoy s’mores and a sunset, and a pool table if you feel like spending some time indoors.
