Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all trash is bagged and placed in container north of the garage.
Wash and store kitchen ware. And wipe out refrigerator.
Turn AC to 80 in the summer and furnace to 50 in the winter upon departure.
Furniture must be moved back to where it was found.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My home offers three different living areas, so nobody has to feel cramped. Weather it’s enjoying a card game in the sunroom, watching a movie in the living room, or taking a nap in the hearth room, everyone can spread out.
