Studio très salle . Non confirmer à l’annonce . Lit cassé, télévision en panne (depuis janvier 2022 nous sommes en août) évier et douche bouch és, fenêtre des toilettes cassées avec un post it le signalant. Propriétaire et gérant qui n’ en ont rien a faire que le studio soit en piteux état, la seule chose qui les importent c’est de toucher l’argent de la location . Un conseil passe votre chemin il y a beaucoup mieux et bien moins cher que Royan

Appartement inadapté à une location hivernale, le chauffage n est pas suffisant pour compenser les déperditions de chaleur. Le responsable de la conciergerie nous a demandé d acheter à ses frais un chauffage d appoint. Vaisselle sommaire sale et en plastique. Couette déchirée, bouton électrique sans cache, télé ayant des problèmes d allumage Dommage car l emplacement est idéal

Je pense que lorsque l'on possède un bien sans isolation pour les locations, sois on effectue les travaux nécessaires, sois on ne le loue que l'été... La télé n'a jamais voulu fonctionner, même avec des piles neuves... Mais comme je suis de bonne nature, j'ai quand même passé un bon séjour puisque les vacances font toujours du bien !
